3. Have a vision board
One of the
easiest ways to motivate yourself is to see what you want. A vision board has
images of things that you would like in your life. A vision board can be used
for material goals as well as spiritual, health, romantic goals.
4. Write down affirmations
If you are suffering
from a lack of motivation, writing down affirmations can help you focus on what
you really want in your life.
5. Have measurable targets
It is
difficult to achieve anything in life without knowing what you really want.
Once you know specifically what you are aiming for, you will find that you can
