Be Grateful
When you are grateful of your life, and openly express it, it naturally increases your mental energy. Be grateful, enables you to put your focus more on positive things instead of negative things.
Write down things you are grateful for and reasons why you are grateful. Make a habit to remind yourself about these things when you wake up or go to bed. This can be as simple as being grateful for the fact that you are alive and of good health.

Be Still
Meditation is a great exercise of your brain. Every time you meditate you are making your prefrontal cortex stronger i.e. the area of the brain that is responsible for focus, will power and decision making.

Positive thoughts lead to positive energy. Negative thoughts lead to negative energy. Always replace your negative thoughts with positive ones.
